Almost as busy as Boston’s real estate scene is the city’s food scene. Below are a few of our favorite places to grab lunch while attending this week’s ULI Fall Meeting.

  1. Tatte Bakery & Cafe (various locations)

This Boston bakery has eight existing locations around the city including Fenway, Back Bay, and Cambridge, with one opening soon in the Seaport District. Stop into one of the cafes for a cup of coffee, a delicious pastry or a Mediterranean inspired lunch.

  1. Cava (1346 Boylston Street)

If you’re looking for lunch near Fenway, look no further than Cava. This fast-casual Greek restaurant has partnered up with Future Chefs, a Boston-based organization committed to empowering teens with the skills they’ll need to become the next generation of thriving culinary professionals.

  1. Tasty Burger (1 Nashua Street)

A burger joint might sound like a stereotypical lunch stop, but Boston’s beloved Tasty Burger opened up at Avalon North Station earlier this year. Located within the airy atrium, enjoy your meal a stone’s throw away from Boston’s famous TD Garden.

  1. by CHOLE (107 Seaport Boulevard)

For vegans or vegetarians, by CHLOE has a Seaport location! Check out their Boston-inspired menu including clam chowder, lobster rolls and even a Boston cream whoopie pie. Once you spot the landmark elliptical-shaped building, also known as 121 Seaport, you’ve almost arrived.

  1. The Rose Kennedy Greenway (Food trucks)

This is not your typical brick and mortar lunch spot, The Greenway boasts at least a dozen food trucks every day. Your options will range from fan favorite Vietnamese truck Bon Me, to a fresh brick oven pizza, to a Roxy’s grilled cheese sandwich – the options are endless along the public park.

If you eat at one of our top five lunch spots during this week’s ULI Fall Meeting, let us know your favorite meal in the comments.
