We believe in the words of old, wise writers. For example, Ralph
Waldo Emerson once said: "It is a happy talent to know how to
play." Dale Carnegie noted: "People rarely succeed unless
they have fun in what they are doing." So the SM& Fun Committee
was born.
The Fun Committee organizes frequent company outings from
scavenger hunts and bowling to sailing and trivia nights. We host a
monthly book club. We leave early to enjoy summer afternoons, we
celebrate birthdays and organize holiday festivities all to foster
a culture of "fun" in and outside of the office.
