Our process includes research to get to know your style and organization, a questionnaire, a training session, mock interviews and a final memo of recommendations that can serve as a refresher any time in the future. These tools help participants hone and refine their skills, arming them with techniques to be effective communicators with print, broadcast and online journalists, and ensuring that your spokespeople stay on message. The process utilizes your established messages and focuses on techniques for message delivery as well as how to avoid pitfalls in interviews. In fact, sometimes we recommend refreshing messages based on what we learn about you through the process.
