CRISIS TRAINING

SM& frequently works with clients to provide training in crisis communications and/or test a crisis plan at a roundtable setting. Our training typically includes a mock interview, derived from our own experience, with a "tough reporter," providing participants an understanding of how to stay on message while working successfully with media during a crisis situation. For the tabletop exercise, we typically bring together a number of key personnel and test the validity of the crisis plan in several hypothetical crisis scenarios.
