"I'M SORRY": SM& PANEL EXAMINES THE CORPORATE APOLOGY

On October 19, 2005, Solomon McCown & Company and Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly presented “Good Business Means Sometimes Having to Say I’m Sorry,” a discussion of the current place for the public apology in a variety of settings and contexts. The distinguished panel brought together Ralph Martin, Partner, Bingham McCutchen LLP; Ashley McCown, SM& Executive Vice President; Maureen Mondor, Vice President of Risk Management, ProMutual Group; and Donna Morrissey, Divisional Director, Public Relations and Corporate Affairs, American Red Cross. David Yas, Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly moderated the discussion, which drew a crowd of almost 150 people.
