Ashley McCown, president of SM& and head of its
crisis response team, was tapped by Bloomberg to provide her
perspective on the NFL's ever-increasing offer to appease 400
Super Bowl ticketholders who were without seats for the February
6th championship game.
Ashley is quoted several times in the February 10 article,
commenting on the NFL's public relations missteps that ultimately
weakened the League's position with each increased offer,
suggesting negative implications for its impending labor
negotiations.
Ashley regularly speaks on crisis planning and management before
trade associations and communications organizations, and has
provided commentary in local, regional and national print and
broadcast media.
