SM& President Ashley McCown presented a crisis
communications workshop at the Massachusetts Nonprofit Network's
Annual Conference on Thursday, October 20. Ashley, a crisis
management expert, was selected by the organization to discuss the
importance of crisis communications planning and tips for issues
management to a group of Massachusetts-based non profits.
