HELENE SOLOMON: COMMENTS ON MARTHA STEWART ON CNN

While Martha Stewart had a very bad day on Friday, it proved to be a "good thing" for Solomon McCown & Co. Helene appeared on CNN with Marty Savidge talking about the guilty verdict and where that leaves the domestic diva and her empire. Helene said that she didn't think the verdict would hurt Martha's sales at K-Mart. "It's not like she was selling sheets made with inferior material..." to which Marty Savidge retorted, "No, she didn't short sheet anyone."
Since we are all news junkies in here and tend to talk about these big stories around the water cooler, it was great fun to be asked by CNN to contribute.
