SM& PRESIDENT & CEO HELENE SOLOMON SPEAKS AT THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE OF THE ASSOCIATION OF JEWISH AGING SERVICES

Whether creating a strategic vision for her clients, presenting on our "SM& Presents" panel on social entrepreneurship or serving on a variety of boards in the community, Solomon McCown President and CEO Helene Solomon has proven an expert in helping mission-focused organizations define their messages and build their brands. On Monday, March 12, Helene shared this knowledge when she spoke at the annual conference of the Association of Jewish Aging Services (AJAS), held that week in New Orleans.

In her presentation, "Soul Searching to Find Dollars: Strategic Thinking About Communications for Fundraising," Helene explored the role of communications in bolstering fundraising efforts that reflect these changing times. She presented strategies for building consensus, crystallizing an organization's mission and developing a messaging hierarchy that speaks to key audiences without compromising the mission.
