ADAM COYNE - ROBERT WOOD JOHNSON FOUNDATION
Adam Coyne, director of public affairs at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF), has worked for major nonprofits around the world—from Los Angeles to Africa. In 2004, he found himself at RWJF in Princeton, N.J., attracted by the “passion, intellectual curiosity, and true commitment to the mission of RWJF staff and grantees.”
At RWJF, Adam uses his extensive experience in strategic communications programs, marketing, and policy-maker and opinion leader outreach to highlight the foundation’s goals, programs, research and other activities with the media and other external audiences.
In his Mission Recognition interview, Adam discusses how RWJF speaks with its grantees to have a greater impact, brand the foundation, and give grantees the skills, tools and knowledge to become strong communicators accelerating social change.
